Month 4 is here!! Can't believe how much Bradleigh has grown and changed so far. :)
Goof Ball!
At his baby wellness check-up he weighed 14 lbs. 8 oz. - exactly DOUBLE his birth weight. Also, he has been holding his head up very well...he was pretty strong since Day 1...but he's doing even better now. Dr. Matta said that was great news and that we could start introducing some basic solid foods to our little mans diet. We are going to start with rice cereal this week and see how he does...
He has also become quite the pro at holding his own bottle now. He gets a good, solid death grip on the bottle and doesn't let go until the last drop! haha
Bradleigh tried out his new jungle exersaucer, that he got from Grandma J and Grandpa G for Christmas. Now that he can hold his head up good, we are practicing sitting up more in his saucer, Bumbo and on the floor with Mommy and Daddy's support.
Checking out his new exersaucer. Thanks Grandma & Grandpa!
Last week, he also discovered that his feet and toes can make it to his mouth!!!! They are his new favorite toy and he loves to bring them up to his face and suck on his toes. :)
This last weekend, Grandpa J and Grandpa G came to visit. We loved having them come over to the Tri-Cities to spend some time with us in this neck of the woods... We enjoyed a deliiiiicious meal at our new favorite resturant, Texas Roadhouse. Yummmmy! Stephen and Dad went fishing, while Mom, Bradleigh, and I relaxed at home and enjoyed watching the stormy weather outside...thinking about the silly boys playing out in the wilderness. Speaking of SILLY boys....while Bradleigh was playing a peek-a-boo game with Grandma J, he started making this funny growling sound. Another new noise for him! It was pretty funny!
Bradleigh at 4 months....
Naked boy @ tummy time
He really loves to be naked - I think he would rather it be that way most of the time! haha
On a walk with Mommy :)
Holding his head up!
Rolling over from front to back :)
Goofy face when Mommy was putting lotion on me after my bath, haha!
All tuckered out in Daddy & Mommy's bed. Sweet, Sweet boy!
Our little man is very interested in everything and anything he can grab onto - like Mommy's sweatshirt string. hehe.
