WSU Mom's Wkend

Bradleigh and I drove over to Pullman this last weekend for Mom's Wkend with my Sister my Mom :) We had a nice weekend together... laughing and reminiscing about my Grandma! While in Pullman, Bradleigh also got to meet Butch the Coug!

It is with heavy hearts that we learned of my Grandma Rain's passing this morning. She has been in a a constant battle with her lungs and heart failing her over the past few months. We thought she would have the remainder of the year with us, but God needed her in Heaven sooner.

Grandma Rain, we will miss you more than you'll ever know. Your love, laughter, and beauty will live on through us all. We are so very glad that you had the opportunity to meet Bradleigh Michael, too. We love you!

5 months old

Bradleigh's latest and greatest at 5 months -

• He weighs 15 lbs. 10 oz! Up 8 lbs. from birth - growing boy!!

• He has started wearing 6-9 month clothing...mainly because his cloth diap bum is too bulgy, haha!
• He is getting better and better at holding his upper half up during tummy time.

• Teething like crazy - drool, drool drool. We change is clothes more now for drool than spit up or blow outs :)

• He enjoys working out in his exersaucer...doing some pullups ;)

• The seperation anxiety has begun...he recognizes Mommy and Daddy now and gets pouty when we leave the room.
• He loves the doggies...

• We started solid foods a couple weeks ago. So far he has ate: bananas, avocado, sweet potato and rice cereal. He really LOVES bananas & avocados blended together the best!!!

• He has discovered that his hands (and arms) can bang on things...that is his new favorite thing to do.

1st Family Easter

Happy Easter Everyone!

We celebrated Easter today - our 1st as a family! We woke up and B got to open his basket from the Easter Bunny, and from Nana, and from Great Grandma Rain. :)

The Davis family came over in the evening to eat a yummy Easter Brunch. We also went for a walk while the Daddy's talked fishing.

Yesterday we also visited the Easter Bunny with MacEntire and his Momma Whitney at the Easter Egg Extravaganza at the Trac in Pasco. Sooo many kiddos on the hunt for eggs...you gotta be quick!
