Pot Holes 2012

We took a week long vacation to Mardon Resort on the Potholes Reservoir with Grandpa G, Grandma J and Uncle Aaron. We had fun just relaxing - in a trailer with AC of course - because it was HOTTER than hot outside. The boys did some fishing, too. Not much luck unfortunately.

Bradleigh has been scooting himself in circles on the floor for a few weeks now...often getting his on his knees with his bum in the air, but not quite crawling yet.

During our trip, he had his first success with crawling.... and....

We now have an army crawler on our hands, folks!

A Day on the Lake

During the week we also rented what we now officially call a "Poontoon" Boat...renting this has become a Potholes tradition for us. The story behind the name "Poontoon" is due to the fact that the key ring for our boat was written - Poontoon instead of Pontoon - soooo we adopted the new name. haha! :)

BRADLEIGH'S 1st SWIM!!

During our day on the water, Bradleigh went for his first swim in a lake with Daddy. He thought it was kind of cool, but the water was a little cold so he didn't last very long.

We got to witness a couple pretty intense thunder & lightening storms during our stay also. Woke us up from dead sleep one night. The other night we went storm chasing to catch some video of the heat lightening. Mother Nature is truly incredible! We took some video - but we are still editing out all the extra "not-so-exciting" footage. Will post soon! :)

We are looking forward to our next trip back!
